基于區塊鏈的債務證券協議Obligate已在Polygon區塊鏈執行首筆債券發行:金色財經報道，基于區塊鏈的債務證券協議Obligate已在沒有任何銀行參與的情況下使用Polygon區塊鏈執行了第一筆債券發行。發行方為瑞士實體商品交易精品店Muff Trading AG，專門從南美采購貴金屬和原材料。Muff使用了Obligate的市場出售代幣化的公司債券。兩家公司沒有透露債券發行的規模和條款。此次發行先于Obligate于3月27日向更廣泛的公眾開放其平臺。

Gate.io將補充執行BASE兩次鏈上調倉操作，100%承擔市場差價影響:據官方公告，由于12月10日-12月11日兩次BASE鏈上調倉時智能合約轉賬交易記錄執行時間點偏差，Gate.io沒有成功捕獲兩次調倉操作記錄。Gate.io將調用這兩次調倉時用戶BASE快照余額和鏈上實際執行結果對BASE持倉用戶進行調倉操作，執行補充操作后，將跟鏈上實際執行結果達成一致。

對于在調倉操作之前，已經賣出或提現持倉BASE而導致補充調倉后余額不足，并且因為本次補充操作之間市場價格變化而造成損失的用戶（比如已經低價賣出，需要高價買回），可以提交工單聯系，Gate.io將100%承擔市場差價造成的影響。[2020/12/12 15:00:29]
