分析 | 火幣研究院：Libra能夠推出的可能性較大:近期Libra的進展給市場帶來了一定信心。一是10月15日首次理事會議召開，成立了理事會，董事會，并任命了執行團隊成員。在經歷了成員退出風波后Libra協會聯盟力量已經初步形成，剩余成員大部分對于金融監管不敏感，短期內應該不會再有退出現象。二是9月21日Libra儲備中貨幣比例確定為美元50%，歐元18%，日元14%，英鎊11%，新加坡元7%。
